PROFESSIONAL STANDARD TRAINING

PRFM operates inside the Stevens Complex in Troy, Michigan — a high-performance environment built for serious athletes.

Paul Fry is a former Major League pitcher who spent five seasons competing at the highest level of professional baseball.

After being drafted in the 17th round out of St. Clair County Community College, Paul worked his way through the minor leagues before making his MLB debut in 2018. He went on to pitch for multiple organizations, logging hundreds of innings against the best hitters in the world.

His career was built on preparation, physical durability, and consistency — not shortcuts.

PRFM was created to bring those same professional standards to developing athletes. The program reflects the training structure required to sustain performance over time.

THE MAN BEHIND PRFM

THE ENVIRONMENT

Performance + Recovery

PRFM athletes have access to a fully integrated support system inside the Stevens Complex.

MVPT Physical Therapy operates on-site, providing evaluation, rehabilitation, and return-to-play programming. Their presence allows for coordinated communication between training and medical staff when needed.

In addition, the facility includes a dedicated hydrotherapy room to support recovery and workload management.

The goal is simple: train hard, recover properly, and maintain durability over time.
